You may use the site for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not overload, scrape at abusive rates, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, use results to harass or identify individuals, or present approximate location data as proof of a person's precise location.
No identity conclusions
A public IP can be shared by households, offices, mobile customers and VPN users. You agree not to treat an IP lookup result as conclusive evidence about a person's identity, conduct, residence or eligibility.
Third-party services
The lookup relies on third-party data and the site may link to external resources. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy or practices.
Intellectual property
The KiwiVPN name, visual design and original text are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing substantial content or presenting it as your own requires permission.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, KiwiVPN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update tools and these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
