Effective October 16, 2026. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit KiwiVPN, use the IP lookup tools, contact the site or view advertising if it is enabled.
Information processed during a visit
When a browser requests a page, the hosting and security services may process technical request information needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Depending on the provider, this can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamp, referral information and security logs. Retention of those records is governed in part by the relevant service providers' settings and policies.
IP lookup requests
When you use the lookup tool, the IP address being queried is sent to an IP geolocation service so it can return a result. KiwiVPN currently uses FreeIPAPI, ipwho.is and ipapi.co as fallback providers; ipify may be used to retrieve the public IP when detailed location services are unavailable. When you check your own connection, a provider may receive your public IP as part of the request.
KiwiVPN does not require an account and does not intentionally maintain a separate history of the IP addresses visitors look up. The provider that receives a request processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid entering an IP address if you are not authorized to use or check it.
Cookies, advertising and similar technologies
KiwiVPN may use Google AdSense or other advertising services to support the website. If advertising is active, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, measure performance, detect invalid activity and, where permitted by applicable settings and consent, personalize advertising based on visits to this or other websites.
Third parties may set or read cookies in your browser or use similar technologies as a result of ad serving. The exact technologies depend on which services are enabled and your region. You can manage Google's personalized advertising settings at Google Ads Settings. You can also read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent and regional choices
Where advertising or analytics requires consent, KiwiVPN will provide appropriate consent controls before enabling the relevant technologies. For ads served to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google requires publishers serving personalized ads to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The site operator is responsible for configuring the applicable consent solution before enabling those ads.
Messages sent to KiwiVPN
If you contact the site, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include. That information is used to answer the inquiry, review corrections, maintain necessary correspondence and protect the site from abuse. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary.
Sharing and service providers
KiwiVPN does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers that host the site, provide security, deliver IP lookup results, handle email or serve advertising if enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site's rights, safety or integrity.
Retention and your choices
Retention depends on the type of information and the service that processes it. Hosting and security logs may be kept for a limited operational period; correspondence may be kept as needed to respond and maintain records. You can browse without creating an account, avoid submitting third-party IP addresses, use browser settings to remove or block cookies, and manage ad personalization through the controls described above.

Children
KiwiVPN is a general-audience information website and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information.
